The dates for accepting RRB JE application forms are July 30, 2024, through August 29, 2024. Beginning on July 30, 2024, qualified candidates may submit their online applications for the RRB JE Recruitment 2024 via the rrbapply.gov.in website.
RRB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024
RRB invites online applications from eligible candidates for Junior Engineer and various other posts. The authority has released the Centralized Employment notice (03/2024) regarding the recruitment.
According to the notification, the authority plans to fill 7934 posts of Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant, including 17 Research/Chemical Supervisor/Research and Metallurgical Supervisors for RRB Gorakhpur. From July 30, 2024, to August 29, 2024, candidates may submit their online applications for the various RRB positions. The results of the two-stage CBT exam, document verification, and medical examination will all be taken into consideration when choosing the candidates.

RRB JE After Training Salary

RRB JE 2024 Documents Required
Candidates for the RRB JE 2024 Recruitment should ensure they have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting the application process:
- a passport-sized JPEG image, measuring 35 x 45 mm and with a maximum file size of 240 KB.
- a government ID in JPEG format with a 500 KB maximum size, such as an Aadhar card or PAN card.
- Certificates of education, such as grades from classes ten and twelve, and graduation (degree or diploma), are included.
- A signature in JPEG format with dimensions of 80mm to 35mm and size not exceeding 240 KB.

Pay Scale:
Candidates applying for JE, Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant, or Depot Material Superintendent would receive level 6 (<0x7D>35,400) pay on selection.
Candidates applying for RRB Gorakhpur posts only Research & Metallurgical Supervisor/Research/ Chemical Supervisor would receive Level 7 (<0x01>44,900) pay on selection.
RRB JE Eligibility Criteria 2024
The following qualifying requirements for the RRB JE and other vacancies can be checked online by candidates:
Age Limit:
As of January 1, 2025, the age range for applicants is 18 to 36.
The upper age is relaxed for the reserved candidates and other categories of candidates based on government guidelines.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess the relevant degree required for the various posts, such as a B.E./B.Tech./three-year diploma in the concerned branch for JE, etc.
